Contractor Diesel LLC offers an SMS text messaging program that sends fuel delivery updates, scheduling notifications, and order confirmations (the "Program"). Messages are transactional/customer-care in nature and relate to fuel delivery services you have requested.
2. Consent & Enrollment
You enroll by checking the SMS opt-in box on our fuel delivery request form at contractordiesel.com and providing your mobile phone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you authorize Contractor Diesel LLC to send text messages to the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your delivery activity (typically 1–5 messages per delivery request). Recurring-message frequency is not fixed.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contractor Diesel LLC does not charge for the Program itself.
5. Opting Out

7. Privacy
Your mobile information is used only to operate the Program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Supported Carriers & Liability
The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.
9. Changes & Termination
We may modify or terminate the Program or these terms at any time; the current version will be posted on this page. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance.
